Fenland A/C is based in Whittlesey near to Peterborough.
The club shoots at the Sir Harry Smith Community College, where we have the pleasure of shooting on one of the finest archery grounds in the greater Peterborough area and one of the finest outdoor archery ranges in the UK. We also have a superb indoor range at the school.
We are a growing club with plenty of capacity at our venue and are always interested in taking in new members, with or without previous experience.
We shoot all common types of bow including Recurve, Compound, Flatbow, Horse Bow and of course the English longbow.
Our members have a variety of experience ranging from those new to the sport to very experienced archers and Archery GB licensed coaches who are happy to assist new members by passing on their experience. Some of our club members have been county and East Anglian champions in virtually all bow categories to date.
The club is registered with Archery GB (the trading name of The Grand National Archery Society - GNAS).
Whether you are interested in archery as a hobby and an opportunity to meet new people or take a serious interest and improve your skill level and get involved in competitions at a club or county level, our club will be happy to accommodate you.
